I am a paying customer in al madina supermarket impz however the service I have been getting is nothing short of racism for black people. Sorry I didn't get your employees name as when I left I was very upset and the so called night manager was not even helpful in my situation. The pakistan employee I have problem with works evening shifts, when u enter he works on the cashier on the left hand side this man is very racist, when came to his till to pay off my staff then asked for 5ead coins he boldly told me can't give coins unless I buy with the money first it was the most stupid thing I have ever heard especially been a customer you don't expect such. Now tonight 23/10/2019 @ 8:41pm I want to buy bread and wanted to pay for it with 100ead as that all I had he asked me if I have smaller change like 5ead (I don't know whats with him and 5ead) I told him that all I have then he reply and says to me he has only 5ead note that he can change for me for the 100ead!!! All day and all night at a big supermarket you dont have change??? But that's not all that bothers me, before me was a pakistan man who paid with a 50ead note but was even a blue 20ead and change. I know for a fact that he had change for 100ead just he doesn't have change for black people like his cashier till on the left side is 10eads, as well as 20ead and on his right side inside the cashier is 50eads and well as 100eads when u stand on the side you can see all that but he thinks I was too stupid to notice. I raised this issue with whom to be your night manager but he didn't seem bothered by it has he kept defending him. I believe i'm not the first to be done this to and I won't be the last. I want on to buy my bread at a small shop behind and showed your night manager how a small shop has change but a big market doesn't. If this is the kind of racism you promote in that place then I won't bother to come again but I will be taking this matter further as I feel I had no help there even this email had to find it online because your night manager gave a email that says [protected] the way he gave that feel untrue.

If you do nothing about it up to u you you will continue to lose customers.

    Dear Madina management,

    your staff is not polite to the customer as I buy green chilly worth of 1 Aed and given 5 aed to the guy who was on counter ( look like Paa wearing round eyeglasses ) he has returned me many fills I told him to not give me this but still, he forces me to take finally I have returned him the chilly walk-out from the store and this not happen first time not even with me only he talks rudely to the customers and one day he will be in trouble

    I hope you can understand the situation and you guys will make him understand to be polite and humble with customer
