Imprecca review: Return not being accepted for refund

I purchased goods from Imprecca and returned them on Friday 02 February 2024 in the same condition the items arrived. The parcel was collected by Courier Guy who inspected the parcel before taking it and it was in perfect condition. On Tuesday 06 February 2023, I received an email saying a cream dresa arrived with stains and the meah dress arrived with an order as well as a shirt that was in the parcel missing. I called the company and spoke to Thobeka who was very rude and said they will not accept the items as I made it dirty and it has a bad smell so the company will not run at a loss because of me. There were no pictures sent showing the so called stains and when asked what the odour was she said she doesn't know. I requested a manager and she said she cannot connect me to one and the supervisor and director had decides not to accept my return. The courier was contacted who advised there was no damage to the parcel or bad smell and all the items were delivered in great condition. The items were deliveres back to me on 07 Feb 2024 and the place which has been marked has no stain and the dress have no bad smell.
