Ideal Image review: Laser hair removal

I was denied service due to a health concern. However this was after I was forth coming on the health screening and the company still took payment for services and membership. The nurse assured me that I will receive a full refund, however I have yet to be contacted. I have attempted to get this resolved through customer service, local site and also corporate. It's been a month.
