Here is an email I sent to the company.
We last spoke on February 25th after my leg hair assessment on February 23rd. When we spoke, you told me you were going to have your supervisor contact me.
I have noted more than several times that besides the fact that I should be given a full refund that I would have been more than happy to trade the money and stay with Ideal for another service IF the communication and customer service along with time frame of events was concise, pleasant, organized, or the least bit positive.
But that is never the case. I have been dealing with this issue since October.
It is now been yet another TWO weeks with zero follow-ups, zero communication, and zero consideration for my time, or my financial situation. I am beyond furious with how I have been treated - how I have been handed over to more reps and "managers" than I can name.
I am livid that I am being told that my two treatments for bikini and anal regions are still being charged since they occurred - this is absurd - this is where the offer should be - we cannot refund you but you can at least use that money as a credit towards something else - however, this company wants ME to eat a ton of money for a treatment that not only did not take, but caused me rashes, yeast infections, sores, bruises, and extreme pain in the entire vaginal region for over two months of appointments at the dermatologist and gynecologist.
I was told to provide a medical note. I did. It wasn't good enough even though it indicates that I should no longer have treatment - why would I continue to risk what could damage parts of my body now including my armpits - where we have lymph nodes and where my mother first found her first lump when she was then diagnosed and died shortly after of breast cancer.
I do not want to be affiliated with a company that asks for a doctors notes and then says it's not enough - but without explanation. A company that wants me to pay for last laser treatments that hurt me and caused pain, plus time off form work, extra gas and time in my car, bills at the pharmacy. I couldn't have sex for two and half months. What company would ask a customer to pay a for a treatment that caused that much discomfort and inconvenience.
I've never heard of such a thing.
Every time I reach out - I have to talk to someone new or leave a message or set up another appointment or deal with another miscommunication or be told I'd be contacted by someone who can help out this whole thing to rest and now have waited yet another two weeks.
Desired outcome: Full refund including the bikini and anal treatments they want to keep the money for
