Ideal Image review: cool sculpting

In or about in july 2015, i too went for the free consult for the sculpting. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. I had did some homework on cool sculpting and previous was scheduled to go to another Dr. for this procedure (should have stuck with that Dr.) and it was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper! I was told that they do a little more for your money then the other "smaller" private doctors because they are the only ones that use the larger devices. Well...After my treatment i was very sore as i had expected but within 3 days after looking at the area, i had a open sore on both sides of my stomach from the machine embedded into my stomach. I went to my doctor who indicated that it does appear that something was clamped onto my stomach to cause this open wound. I contacted the facility and they asked me to take pictures and send it to them. After they receiving the pictures I was asked to come in so they can take pictures as well. I was given a topical antibiotics and sent home with I'm sorry this happen and this doesn't happen often at all. I was dismissed and told that it probably came from clothing or girdle i had on. I said absolutely not! i couldn't even wear anything on my stomach for at least a week after the procedure! and her comment was yes I see you had your pants under you stomach when you came in! dah! I'm current seeking legal actions for my injuries caused by this.. I tried getting it resolved before taking legal actions but after contacted corporate basically nothing was done... Beware the result also are not as they described either. Great customer service before signing the contract but after it almost as if they say I gotcha and lets get this done so we can move on to another victim! after over 4000.00 I'm beyond disappointed!
