Ice Casino review: Delayed payout

So requested a withdrawal from ice casino April 25 13 days now still nothing.Contacted chat but just keep getting the same answer ie to wait asked if they could find out what the delay is ,answer is no, because it's not their fault it's the intermediary bank.They have asked me if I want to cancel the withdrawal and try another way of withdrawal,so I asked if I did this would it be quicker their answer was they can't predict that I did t realise a crystal ball was required! Their website says 5 days for a withdrawal this size.Nobody seems to be able to do anything.Contacted support be email got the same response.Days and weeks going by and nothing is happening very very frustrating
