ICARReactivation

Sir,
I am a customer of your credit crd since last two years. Due to some transaction problems, I requested to block my card temporarily till my problem was solved. I requested to your customer care executive to reactivate my card in September,2007. He took my address and promised to send a new card within 2-3 days. But the new card has not reached me so far.

    last four month we went to usa to my son. so i cannot remit our requarely money, after i reached here i has submit 5000-00 last month so far my creit amount is now blocked . plesaes relelce the criet amoumt at early date. ok by amthew
