ICAR — Reactivation
I am a customer of your credit crd since last two years. Due to some transaction problems, I requested to block my card temporarily till my problem was solved. I requested to your customer care executive to reactivate my card in September,2007. He took my address and promised to send a new card within 2-3 days. But the new card has not reached me so far.

Secondly, since long I am not getting my monthly statement by post. PLease send them regularly to the above address.
