I joined iBASEt India in 2021 as a Director of Engineering. He started giving me tasks like updating schedules which was not remotely related to my area of expertise. Recently got product development incharge … You can see flood of bugs will start and he will try to hide all bugs from products . I knew few bugs generated by me but I was surprised to be awarded in All hands meetings . Nobody is working on agele methods.
