My grand-daughter and her husband purchased this vehicle from a dealership that offers carfax, car showed 64k miles. They have owned the car for 8 months and the car would not go more than 38 miles per hour merging onto the road. After taking the car into the Hyundai dealership, learning there was a recall on some VINs, researching complaints from many similar issues from other Hyundai customers, we are concerned with the quality of any HYUNDAI transmission and even more concerned that HYUNDAI has no resolution for a problem that is very obvious a problem the government needs to get involved and recall MORE transmissions before people are killed on the highways. My grand-daughters vehicle's transmission was built 2 months after the last recalled transmission. A statement from Corp Hyundai stating not their problem...is a DISGRACE to the car industry! I will do my best to get the word out that Hyundai does NOT hold up to any quality service or products
