Hyundai Halfway Port Shepstone review: Fraud

I took a loan from you regarding a vehicles. Full names mahlatse Ramasehla ID ‪[protected]‬. Last year March I bought a car from Hyundai. This year I went to renew my lisence disc at post office and I was told that my disc is already renewed by someone then I went to the dealership to tell them and they checked on their system and shows that I'm the owner of the vehicle thereafter they gave me copy of log book and manufacturer certificate.

I went to open a case at police, case number 248/3/2022 Durban north police station I never got any call from saps name of investigator NJ Sithole. I got sms stating that my docket is closed and the issue is not yet resolved is risky for me as I don't know whether that person is committing crimes as we share same car details. My point is how did department of licensing by u mhlanga rocks issue out my disc.

Problem is now my disc expired and I can't get one. And I'm the one paying for this vehicle so can you guys help me. Vehicle registration is ND 651352 Hyundai i20 1.2 motion 2021 model ferry red in color.
