Hyatt Place review: Hotel room

Stayed at this location Hyatt Place Dallas/Allen and this was the worst experience in a hotel that I have ever experienced. I went to this location with two of my kids for vacation and this experience ruined our trip. This room had bed bugs and the room was so dirty! There was stains everywhere and nothing was done about it at all. That was the main issues on top of the T.V not working off and on, the phone not working, and the disgusting pool area with beer cans and food everywhere! Don't use this hotel at all! I believe that this was a racial discrimination issue and the staff was horrible about the situation.
