Humble Tech Book Bundle: Cookbooks, Playbooks, and Workbooks by O'Reilly

HumbleBundle has yet to send the confirming email with the download links for my books. They claim eleven day response, by which time the bundle will have expired.

It is not possible to file complaints that are acknowledged by HB. THe Facebook page draws no response, and the Reddit group doesn't want to be bothered.

Desired outcome: The links for the books.
