udn.factoryoutletstore.com review: after exchanging product all components were not shipped back!

I purchased a home surveillance system and the monitor wouldn't power on so I returned it. Uniden then emailed and said that the model was obsolete and they would send me a different model. When I received it the antennas for the cameras and the ethernet cable were not in the box with them. I contacted their customer service and they said they would launch an investigation. I didn't hear anything else from them. I called them today and was told they couldn't help me, but since I had purchased warranty I could contact a warranty department to see if they could help me, so I guess they didn't investigate at all. Seems like they are running a pretty good scam. This system cost me close to $300, and I really don't have the time or money to purchase additional components I should have received initially. I will never recommend Uniden Factory Outlet Stores to anyone. It has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with them.
