Household Orchard Bank review: Collection

I received a call from someone that said I needed to call another number and give them a case #. I think the lady said she was with a process serving company and if I did not respond it would go against my record. I called the number and gave them the case # and the rep got my file and said I had some kind of interaction with Household Orchard Bank back in Feb. 2004. They didn't know if it was a checking account that I had overdrawn or if it was a loan. They had my birth date and SS# and an old address where I used to live. At first I thought my ex used my info to get a credit card or a loan and didn't pay it off. After an on line search I found this site and a complaint VERY similar to what I'm going through. In Feb. 2004 I was working in Afghanistan so there is NO way I could have done anything with Household Orchard Bank. I've never heard of them. I'm not sure what to do.
