House Of Fraser review: Laptop

This store use to be my favourite store but today I cannot say the same , I have placed a laptop order with them for my daughters birthday as it was stated in the advert the laptop will be shipped by our partner so when i received other part of the order i did not react on anything as was patiently waiting . after 2 weeks of order closer to my daughters big day i emailed them asking about the status of my order after 4-5 days or emails exchanging i got another email saying the order is cancelled because of 'Oversized Delivery' I got so upset because i received email on my daughters birthday eve i emailed them and asked they replied 'we have processed your refund' and they are not responsible for their partners actions, I replied saying the item is still listed on your website they said sometime we take times to take off 3 weeks of this ruined my daughters birthday and they said sorry let us know if we can help you more. Absolutely disgusting place this is my 3rd and last bad experience with them.
