Customer service is appalling. MISLEADING, FRAUD AND SCAM. I reported them to Consumer Direct and Quality Comissions. They Drop you back to the Robots after waiting for an hour through DPA, then does not resolve anything on the other end of the Planet. Nowhere on the Website it state that returns for partner items, such as Vero Moda ( hundreds of them) IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN. You need to spend a day with the Robot - then they send you some unreal address with PO BOX ( not a warehouse) and I PAID £8 per a parcel even though I already paid £4.99 per a usual Return of non-Partners Item. Lets say you want to return 5 items to different partners - You will pay over £40 per a parcel to the addresses that are not even on List of partners' addresses. I only got that pesky address after spending a weekend with Robot Fiona and useless Advisers that will drop the Chat back to Robot instantly. HOW TO RETURN NOT SO CHEAP ITEMS? No one in the UK pays £8 per a coat from "Partners" which you initially dont know about . Not to mention most returns are free in the UK. House of Frazer already charges £4.99! Then thousands of items do not even fall undre this category and you need to spend days to find the address and then Pay.
