Hotel.com Reservation review: Reservation people

I have a room reserved for one night at Monte Carlo Inn in Oakville, Ontario, Canada I called to see if I could get for two nights on Monday they told me no, but had Queen Rooms available! Call Hotel.com have tried three nights in a row to get a good rate! King Room at $205.00 Queen at $232.00 tonight with APP on phone Queen Room at $209.00 TRIED TO USE MY DEBIT CARD was told wrong number? Tried Twice so I Called the Reservation Number because on line still $232.00 sent a screen shot of to the girl and she could not give e the $209.00 because I had to reserve on the phone and your DAM APP would not take the card number! WTF kind of operation are you running I am turning all you third party hotel company into NYS Attorney General later today with a call to look into your practices as you are taking advantage of the customers! I HATE YOUR COMPANY KNOW! Use to like traveling not any more your have ruined the Fun!
