Hotel Hacienda Tres Rios Spa & Nature Park - Playa Del Carmen review: Hotel

We are staying from 07/14 to 07/27/2022 at the Hacienda Trois Rios hotel in Playa del Carmen.

A couple of 2 adults with 4 children (15 years old / 14 years old / 9 years old / 4 years old)

We had made a 1st reservation n ° 3754.939.473 on 07/15/2022 on the Booking platform for 6,800.12 US (4 adults / 2 children) at the rate of 6,800 Dollars, this reservation was canceled.

Then a second reservation n ° 3233.140.989 on 01/27/2022 was made, however, an error on the family composition (2 adults and 1 child of 9 years old and 3 children of 0 years old) however with the same price as the 1st reservation is 6 $800.

The following message accompanied our reservation: “We will be 2 adults, 2 child 15 and 14 years old and 2 child 9 and 3 years old.

We would like 1 connecting room”

On arrival at the hotel, the reception asks us to pay the additional sum of 3500 Euros.

We have contacted Booking on several occasions, for them it is a system error and unsuccessful attempts to contact the hotel to make the modification.

We will go all the way and use all the means and procedures at our disposal to assert our rights.
