Falsely advertised item, never delivered, refuses refund.

please help and stop these thieves.

I already filed a complaint with the authorities in oktober 2022 and my bank after I bought 189€ records end August 2022 in their webshop. they refunded me 39€ in oct. My bank couldn't do anything because I made banktransfer but still tried to get my money back hence the 39€ refund.

Zilkee and Frugu are also these two.

I bought a Zilkee end december 2022 en two bulbcams from Frugu and it's the same modus operandi. the t-shirt in the ad off Zilkee even says 90 days and counting. The Frugu website has already dissapeared from the net.

I bought the Zilkee for 29€ but they pulled 150€ of my account. this is all payed with visa debet. The Bulbs cost 25€ each.

i'm gonna try to get this money back with a visa payback but this is not a sure thing.

I can proof this all by email attachment if necessary.
