Edward C. Hopkins Jr and Alexandra V. Tracy-Ramirez were involved in an attempt to deceive the Court, will full knowledge and in hand with a Plaintiff with a proven history of litigation fraud in order to defraud a defendant out of a large sum of money.
They knowingly misrepresented the facts and attempted to mislead the judge, and also refused to meet and confer. Alexandra V. Tracy-Ramirez appears to have falsified a PACER Court entry, falsifying the facts of service.
They claimed losses for their Client, who online then admitted that their travel programs had sold out 7 months in advance, and thus no loss was made.
In violation of the rules of conduct, they assist Clients to defraud or commit immoral and unethical acts. and they do it with full knowledge they are breaking the rules.
They also claim double, ie claim the same losses, in separate suits, in order to maximize their fees, and the proceeds of their fraud.
They also represented the same Plaintiff in another case, and in bad faith, named family members, in order to win a settlement from an insurance company.
Their Client has been implicated in tax evasion, litigation fraud, cheating, scamming people as well as enlisting associates to abuse, stalk and threaten those who complain about the abuse.
Their standard response to complaints of wrongdoing is to report people to the FBI, but no complaints were ever filed.
Both attorneys should be debarred and investigated by their regulatory bodies.
