Hondros College of Nursing Independence Office review: Assistance with achieving passing grade

I am requesting a refund for anatomy and concepts of nursing class. I understand that any classes in nursing are very hard. I have been an lpn for 11 years and started few classes at ursuline college with B average. First term at Hondros I thought maybe I needed to get back into studying different. I failed one course retook it next term and passed without opening a book. This term I am taking concepts and anatomy. The anatomy teacher never responds to students emailing for help or for assistance with lab. The teacher doesn't give homework back or review answers with class. We literally just received a study guide because many students complained. Also, concepts class I have utilized all avenues to reach acceptable grade and still failing. I used study group with teacher, studied book, studied lectures. had study partners and was well prepared for quizzes and tests. I am aware that a number of other students are not doing well either. I have reached out to the academic advisor who basically just says if I use all the tools then she doesn't know how to help. Students need to understand the material, the teacher needs to explain material and reply when they reach out to teacher. This is very mismanaged and I would like a refund for anatomy and concepts. I have reached out to numerous people and they are not helpful and just say well if I withdraw from classes it will affect my financial aid. This shouldn't be
