A warning for anyone who reads this: Do not rent any properties from them. They are an immoral, dishonest, and greedy company that cares more about their bottom line than they do their renters.

The first of which, is that about a month ago, we told them the dryer was broken. As per their agreement, and the extra $30 they demanded from us every month, they were supposed to fix it but they didn't. This also isn't the first time they dragged their feet when it came to repairs too, as it often felt like pulling teeth to get them to fix something. As a result of this, we weren't able to do our laundry for nearly a month and had to spend money at a laundromat just to get it done.

Instead, they ghosted us and didn't communicate with us during that interval and only contacted us for the rent. During this interval, we also informed them ahead of time that we would be moving out. We wanted to move out before the Nov 21st deadline so we could avoid having to pay rent but they refused to let us do so.

And when we tried to talk to them about it, they were condescending and rude and told us we should have moved out before that date, even though they literally told us over the phone that as per our lease, we're not allowed to.

They made us stay there longer just to collect more rent money from us. We've moved several times and never had any property owners do this to us. To date, they were the first and only company that forced us to do this.

And a few years ago, they also once lost our rent check that we deposited because they were too stupid to secure their office properly, and we ended up having to pay an extra $1,200 to them because they chose to rent their office space in an area that is vulnerable to break-ins. In total, we ended up paying nearly $3,000 for their faux pas.

Thank goodness we own our own place now and we're free from their clutches. We have a place to call our own and for that, I am grateful.

So to sum it all up: Do not rent from them. They are an immoral, dishonest, and greedy company that doesn't care about their renters.
