So I have been coming to this location in Schaumburg for years and I always had and have my little Pomeranian dog with me (service dog) he is always inside a bag on the shopping car and he is older so he doesn’t do anything but lays down and sleeping or sleepy most of the times, as usual I always have many many merchandise in my car I am a regular and I spent thousands in this store I can verify that at anytime with showing my tjmaxx rewards or history, so the new guy managing this store I don’t know him but I was in there tonight and went to the bathroom which I left my dog in his bag in the car and I hear this individual screaming at me like super loud saying to take my dog with me and I couldn’t beleive how rude and loud he was n felt like he was just trying to impressed some girls who were shooping there cuz he was out of control and I told him to be cool cuz my dog isn’t going to jumó out or anything he was sleepy and then he got louder and louder and I honestly was just really scared of his voice and got my dog and left all the merchandise I had and left and it’s really shame how I felt so good like my second home in this place and he ruined it big time and I don’t think I will ever go back if he is there at least, I need to speak to someone about this and to beleive me
By checking the cameras from 7:45pm to 8:30pm for the crazy manager that unfortunately is working instead of the last other one “Tim” which he was very nice and very proffesional totally different f to this new young guy that is the general manager in there, I’m not sure how this person got to this position it’s really really insane how this guy is a general manager, I will appreacite the reply as soon as possible to resolve this issue I don’t think losing a regular costumer for this and not having someone to be assisting the costumers who are always loyal to the bussiness.
