Home Solutionz, LLC review: Carpet bait and switch and refusal to refund.

On March 2, 2022, I consulted with Audrey, and decided on a one color, gold carpet with a pattern. The quote was $2400. installed. 1/2 March 2nd and the other half after installation on March 15, 2022. Prior to the arrival of the installer, Briana fraudulently charged my credit card another $1200. When the installer arrived, he had the wrong carpet. He brought a low loop, dukey brown and beige carpeting, not what I ordered. The company did a bait and switch and will not refund my monies. I will not accept the dukey brown and beige carpet that I did not order and I will not pay their restocking fee of $584.00. Based on the complaints and reviews of this company, especially, with the BBB, and based on my experience with them, they are negligent, drowning in mistakes and rude. My entire house is torn apart. Home Solutionz has my $2400. and I have no carpet. Do Not Use Them for any of your flooring needs.
