Contacted this outfit, for the purpose of selling fast to close on another house. My home is tax appraised at 255k, and the market puts the home at 300k. I bought it in 2007 for 200k. The house is getting a new roof, has updated efficiency HVAC. They called back to offer 115k. This outfit is a joke and preys on people who can't afford their mortgage or are being foreclosed on. Anything they offer will be 30% of its value.

They helped put my mind at ease as this has been the most difficult thing I have ever had to do. They answered all my questions and have always been available whenever I had a question or concern and there were many. I would highly recommend Home Offer Heroes to anyone who is looking to sell their property. They are very personable as well and I will never for get them. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You totally restored my faith in my fellow man that there are those individuals that do care and want to help the best they can.

We had an investment property burn down right before Thanksgiving. The insurance settlement was going to leave us out of pocket well beyond what we are comfortable. We spoke with several investors but found David to be the most personable, trustworthy and reputable. He worked with us and came up with a offer that left us in a good position and took away all the stress I would shoulder if I tried to do this myself. His is not a great situation to deal with but David took over and made this as comfortable as possible every step of the way. I would recommend him in a heart beat
