We have been given so many empty promises that have exhausted our desire to even visit these resorts. It started with the first promise of being able to visit locations everywhere. We were told there were 28 resorts around the country so you can basically visit any place you ever wanted. It was explained to us that the point system was the dollar value and allowed you to go wherever you wanted. Also, they stated that there were never any blackout dates or restrictions.

They told us it was the same thing as a real estate deal, that it would grow in value. All of which are completely false statements. We have discovered that the true cost annually versus just paying cash for a room is alot cheaper and no headaches.

We have discovered the true cost annually, versus just paying cash for a room at a resort. As an owner, we have discovered that it costs twice as much for the same benefit as the cash-paying guest, with no difference. As well as, the amount we were paying, the resorts were, like cheap motels, nothing special, often dirty and lacking any special features. It’s a prank and we fell for it. Totally not worth it.

I worked in food service, and when the pandemic hit I lost my job, we fell behind, and asked for help from HICV, but nothing. They outright refused to do anything but take our money. Wouldn’t do a payment plan, or adjust the payments, nothing that would help us. We finally got current, didn’t have a choice of we were going to use it.

We want this timeshare canceled and our money returned immediately!
