I am a regular patron of Holiday Inn Express @ Wilmington DE on Concord Pike and stay there every Sunday of the week.
This week I checked in on the 18th and out on the 19th Morning. Anyways to get to the issue here, I accidently left my electric toothbrush which is similar to the one in the pic but white and my razor as well in the shower, which I acknowledge as my mistake and duly regret that lapse of judgement. But, I called your front desk to enquire about it and they told me that it was not found. That baffles me because here is the scenario,
First it should be in the room/ if not it should be in my bag - not there/ third possibility is it is with whoever cleaned the room on the 19th. So my question is how can it not be found?
I am not satisfied with the outcome here because that was of sentimental value and I hate missing it every morning.
Please do what is right and do not penalize me for my lapse in judgement.
Note: I could have booked elsewhere but still am planning to stay @ Holiday Inn on Sunday Dec 23 2022
Desired outcome: Replace my electric toothbrush with similar one
