Holiday factory has not refunded for my unused tour since more than a month. I made several telephonic calls but they keep telling it will be refunded. Whenever I ask for refund reference they don't provide, they say you will get an email but nothing received since more than a month. Sent several emails on the subject but no reply yet. This is really bad for a customer to experience such thing.
