I have recently bought few items from the website: https://www.holapick.com/
This website which seems to have many duplicates with different names (e.g: berrylook, etc) is an unreliable website to buy comodities from. The delivery takes very very long and it is not guaranteed. The costumer service is horrible and refuses to provide you the service and keeps dragging you and wastes time until you are left with no option other than to either accept their offers or forget all about items and give up and the replies are sometimes like machine generated answers.
To go into more details. I bought more than a month ago 125 dollar worth of goods from this website (5 items) and only a month later I received just one of them which did not match the color even. 4 other items (95 dollars) were missing and no one knows where they are. The DHL post service in Germany says they were sent back to the Chinese post service. While on the Chinese post service website it explains vaguely that it was delivered to hub!?depot? The costumer service keeps sending the same reply back which says it was delivered! but to who no one knows and they cannot or do not want to find the details for the delivery. I have called the DHL office back and forth and they told me the package was sent back. I have sent almost 24 emails explaining over and over again the problem and still nothing! After a huge waste of time, they finally figured that it was not delievered to my address but refused to give me the full refund. The maximum they offered was 30% of the refund of the items I did not receive and they kept bringing up excuses over and over again.
In short DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this website or any website like this.
And I hope the internationally responsible people could take this website and likewise down as soon as possible.
This company is a joke! I wish I would have read reviews before buying clothes from their site. Nothing is the size it’s supposed to be. Large sweaters seem to actually be a children’s large at best. The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. I never got a $40 pair of sneakers they refuse to even address. They say I have to return the merchandise back to China! And pay for it myself! I was scammed out of over $80 and there is no way I’m goi g to pay for return shipping on their promise to refund me. I’m sure the sweaters which are so cheap and ugly didn’t even cost $10 to make them all! Please do not buy from this company. I’m hoping PayPal will make it right since this company is only in business to scam people!
Do NOT buy from Holapick. TOTAL scam company. Will NOT refund if/after you receive items. I have been trying for 2 months and keep getting promises of refund. Then same questions over and over again. Only spend money you would happily throw in the garbage!
This is deplorable! They take your money immediately but if you ever get your order and want it refunded they give you canned responses until you get tired and give up. This place owes me over $160. I wish I had looked for reviews before I got sucked into ordering clothes.
Why can’t something be done? They are located out of the United States . Shut them down!
Holapick is the worst online store! they are thieves and should be shut down! I ordered $315 in items in which I only received partial of my order... I havent got my refund in the amount of $159.89 I sent them over 50 emails just to hear the same ole lame message... their clothes are so poorly made and are not like their pictures... this company needs to be shut down and stopped... they have been stealing americans money and they are getting away with it... so what can we do about it? please if anyone has a thought on how we can shut it down... please lets all sign a petition and shut holapick down for good
This place is a scam! Do not order from here! I fell for it also. I ordered over $100 worth of product from them over 2 months ago haven’t received any of it! After taking my money, I got an email saying they’ve been shipped! I emailed them and never got a reply so I’m taking it as a loss!
They stole my money... case closed. if they were in the usa, they would be in jail.

I ordered several items but have yet to get items or update on when shipped. I ordered 4 items consisting of two Faith shirts and two other shirts. They are all "large" in size. I am a first time buyer when I saw the items on Facebook.
I'm really glad I checked here before ordering from this website! The pictures were really provocative and I really thought I was going to buy something but decided to see if there were any complaints on the website first! I'm really glad I checked. This company, under a plethora of other names, is owned by the richest man in China! I fell for this also. However, after someone told me not to open the package when it came and don’t sign anything, just put return to sender, and cross your name off completely. Then keep ALL of your emails ( hard copy) and call your bank to report fraud, you can get your money back if you are diligent., I did. Because, you have never really received anything. They send this polyester crap from China to a warehouse in California on the west coast and some on the east coast as well. They have no way of tracking your package or knowing where it is or went. Good luck!
ALL THE BAD REVIEWS are absolutely correct, they do not respond, their site verification code does not work so if you want to cancel an order within the 24 hour allowed YOU CANNOT. THEY ARE TOTALLY A SCAM COMPANY. I AM HORRIFIED THAT THIS GOES ON AND ON TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT. I ORDERED 2 ORDERS DESPERATELY WANTED TO DELETE THE FIRST ORDER THE SAME DAY I ORDERED IT...BUT COULD NOT...UNBELIEVABLE THAT THIS IS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE. I TRIED FOR DAYS TO CANCEL. THEY HAVE ALL THE ANGLES COVERED AND THEY GET AWAY WITH IT.
Holapick SCAM written all over this company
My order was double charged & they have not corrected that. It arrived in 8 weeks, not 3weeks. I shouldn’t even be paying for the poor quality product. The clothes are shoddy, the fabric cheap & unwearable, the cuts not sized as the chart indicated. The return policy is a joke, actually non existent from the USA. Although I get emails responding to my concerns, no action has yet to be taken.
I am giving the clothes to charity because they told me it is too expensive to return them. It is shameful that anyone should have to deal with Holapick's sub-rate business tactics and poor quality product.
I agree: Someone should be taking this site off of Instagram, Facebook, Google+ and the web in general.
