Worst customer service ever. Each time I have called for assistance I have been transferred from one service person to another tasking up over an hour of my time. January 10, 2023 - talked to 5 different customer reps. The last one said she was going to ask her supervisor how to resolve my issue and actually put me back in the customer service que. I patiently waited for 30 minutes before hearing from a different rep that I had been placed back in the que.
I spent an hour of my time trying to get an answer to a simple question. Why can't I see my HOA information online? I absolutely cringe at the thought of calling for assistance. They are inconsidderate imbeciles.
Desired outcome: Better customer service. Be more respectful of club owner's time. At least pretend that we matter since we are paying for the ownership and services.
