Hillside SPCA review: Reconsider

Found a dog. Applied and was accepted. Public hours are 11 am to 3 pm. My wife and I were both required to be present for pickup. We were told that someone would have to see how we both were accepted by the dog, and no guarantee, that after driving 2 hours that we would get him. We both would be unavailable til saturday. 3 days… they would not hold him. Even after offering to pay boarding fees. Next day the dog was adopted per their email. The next day he is back on the site as available but he aged from 1 year old to 5 years old. When questioned about this they got offended. And hung up on me.
