Hemmi and Hogs review: Waitress used abusive language, threatening.

My wife is a food order delivery driver. She had an order at Hemmi and Hogs in a medford Oregon. She waited over 32 min for customers order. Customer wanted an eta. She asked waitress. Waitress says she doesn’t know, but the cook says it is now. When food is finally bagged up, she sees there are two bags and two drinks. She walks over to get the order and says to the waitress I’ll grab these first to get this going. She took the drinks first to her car, secures them in drink holders and turns around to go back in bar to get the two bags of fodd.. She sees waitress walking out with the food and says loudly where is she? Wife tells waitress she was coming back in for the rest. The waitress shoves the food at her and says it’s a Friday night “B-word”, we’re busy. My wife was shocked. First off she has Asperger’s and didn’t understand why this happened. Then a line of regular customers blocked her from going into the bar to ask what had happened. We have a system that she calls me if feels threatened so I can hear what is up. I got to hear the whole exchange. She didn’t call because she felt threatened she called because the customer was upset at her for the order being late. I got to hear the whole exchange. I told her to go back to the bar and ask for the waitress name, which she did. My wife just lost her son to suicide, she has Ehlers Danlos and breast cancer. This money she makes right now pays for funeral costs. The money she makes regularly pays for both of our health conditions. She didn’t deserve to be treated like this, when advocating for a customer. She stayed out of the bars way, sitting at a table in the corner to wait. She asked the waitress in a professional manner for an eta. This shouldn’t have happenned.
