I order dress at Krugersdorp and it was given to the courier on Tuesday and they said I will get my parcel Thursday or Friday as I write this to you I did not receive my parcel from Fast way courier I call today the whole day tracking my parcel unfortunately they kept on saying it will be delivered today and now I won't able to attend a very very important event because of their poor poor service

Claimed loss: I did spend R3560 for dress and delivery

Desired outcome: To get the whole amount I spend because the dress will not serve purpose anymore
