I ordered a pair of Heelsium Dashers off of a facebook ad. 2 weeks went by and no followup. I went to their store and contacted them through their contact us email platform and all I get is an automatic reply that a customer support representative would contact me in 1-3 business days. 14 days and several attempts later still no reply. I tried to look up my order on their site by the order # in my confirmation email and the site says the order number is not found yet they charged my credit card.
Desired outcome: The shoes with a tracking number or a refund
I emailed and called them and they ignore all my calls and correspondence how do I get my money back my order number is 40423, I emailed them on 2/24 and 2/28 , my sneakers were ordered on feb 5th 2023.
I paid through the PayPal that you pay every two weeks 4 times , no sneakers came in mail I need to get my $65 back I’m so angry heelsium is the worst company I ever dealt with
I am having the same problem I kept emailing calling the number on the website the lady said they don’t sell shoes after she asked for my order number I want my goddam money back I never got no shoes . I’m very pissed . How can I report these people and get my money back ?
I got my money put back on my card through PayPal. 3 days after ,I receive an email saying my shoes have been shipped. They were sent by US Postal carrier. Put in the community mail box at our village. I refuse to pay to send these back.What should I do?
I don't know how you were able to take money off my credit card, but I have not order anything from this company
