I have read all of the complaints here, and the "reported resolutions." I am highly suspicious of the company's "Free 45 Day Trial."
In my opinion, the word free means that there is no charge for it. However, the company wants me to buy these devices BEFORE the Free trial. It certainly sounds like False Advertising to me! The person who called me certainly sounded like a slick salesman. Think I'll look elsewhere for a more reputable company. This old retired cop smells a rat.
Desired outcome: Change the advertised "Free 45 Day trial" offer. Plainly state you must purchase the items first. Or cancel the offer completely. The price quoted to me was about $1500 more than my current provider quoted.
