Received treadmill in early January with broken console. Provided photos and Johnson accepted my workorder. Over seven weeks later and three unsuccessful service calls I asked for a refund or a replacement treadmill and was refused. Acreedo Health - Bad service
Was lied upon rescheduling my refill for medication , which is something that I need for pain. Got told for a certain day so I do not miss dose and get told it’s for 4 days after the day I was told. Called CSR with no attempt to fix it and help with this. Telling me I have to deal with it. Set up a confirmed date with rescheduling on August 23rd for Friday and never got anything.
