I booked 2 rooms for my colleagues Mandeep Singh and Faisal Salamah at Haven inn Hamilton 1870 Main st w #1. It was booked from Dec 5 to Dec 9. The rooms were damaged and stinky and the hotel wasn’t assisting at all. The hotel staff was rude and did not help. I asked for a refund and they declined that too.
I reached The hotel management on call and they were rude too. It seemed like some unprofessional guy was talking to me, his intention was only to dupe people.
