This is with regards to charges in our credit card for the amount of Php. 10,008.13
I am disputing this charges for the services we havent use at all and I raised this complaint to Agoda already last 29 Dec which they promised to give us feedback after 24hrs and now they will not refund us.
The hotel charged us knowing that the hotel cancelled our booking last 28 Sept. This is not right to treat your clients this way and we are also struggling with finances which led distress to us.
I have the conversation of Agoda Customer service stating that the hotel release our booking
Please get this escalated as soon as possible.

Desired outcome: The hotel must not charged us , this is unprofessional to charge us and they are the one who cancelled it
