Is a scammer business. On Alibaba, They tricked me in to paying them 30% (5666$) of an order promising they will make my scarf 100% as I requested and they sent me a scarf that was not respecting the requirements I asked for. When I asked for a refund as we agreed in the Official Agreement he signed and stamped, he ignored it and didn't refund me any money and stopped answering. Buyers beware of this scammer . Site owner, Please Ban this seller from your website so others don't get scammed
