Hanbaek Resources review: L/C transfer commission

Dear Sirs and Madams,

We are a client who has the account in your bank.

We'd like to ask you one thing. We would like to carry out L/C transfer business through your bank.

However, we received the following provisions:

** LC Transfer commission* - 0.5% on amount transferred subject to a min of USD 5, 000

Could you please tell me the exact definition of this condition?

1) Does it mean your bank needs to withdraw USD 5, 000 from the applicant's account
per one case of L/C transfer ?

2) Does it mean you're withdrawing 0.5 % on transferred amount from the applicant's
account ?

3) Does it mean that you withdraw $5, 000 at once, again 0.5% as a tranferr commission,
and so withdrawing twice?

4) Does it mean that you can withdraw USD 5, 000 or 0.5% on amount transferred, ,
whichever is higher ?

Even the trade department we inquired about seems to be confused about the exact meaning.

We expect a direct answer from one of the responsible directors who will define the exact meaning.
