My fiance and I stayed at hampton inn in tampa florida. On 06/25/2022.
And checked in saturday evening, checked out 9am on 06/26/2022
every thing was great, until 2 days later. I noticed by checking account had a additional $250 claim. I called them asked for the manager. Ed carrol. he said we smoked in a non smoking room and left ashes and burn marks on the sheets, I told him that we do not smoke, he argued and said the maid took pictures, he forwarded them to me, once again I told him we dont smoke, he said look at the pictures, I told him the maid attached the wrong room number to the pictures, or someone booked the room after wards. He was non compilant. Wouldnt listen to anything I said, I told him I can give names of hundreds of people that we state myself or my fiance are non smokers. He didnt care. The bank now shows it moved from pending to posted, I honestly feel that this is fraud with generic room pictures, a big scam please help me if you are able too! thank you patrick morris

Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE A REFUND, AND AN APOLOGY AND FRUADULANT CHARGES FILED AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND MAY SEEK DAMAGES FOR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER, AND THE RELATED STRESS OF THIS MATTER
