Haircuttery review: Horrendous hair cut by Tabitha on 12/22/22

I visited your salon in Woodstock, IL on 12/22/22. I showed the stylist a photos of the cut I was looking for a 2-4” messy pixie. Unfortunately for me, I essentially ended up with what I consider a buzz cut. There isn’t a single hair on my head that is more than an inch and most of it is less than 1/4” long. I figure it will take a year before I will have enough hair to do anything with. I haven’t been able to sleep nor will I remove the hat I have been wearing since last week. My Christmas was ruined. My New Years will be ruined as well. Once she snipped the first gob of hair there was nothing I could do with it.

Tell me what right your employee has to decide for themselves what they will do with a clients hair. I did pay for this because I was in fight or flight mode. If I stayed any longer I was afraid I would do something drastic. I didn’t want to get arrested.
