Hair Time review: He cheat and did not give money back

My name is khalil khawaja. I have a business hair salon in franklin park new jersey. I am established my business 2013. So 2016 my neighbour next door his name robert business name falafel&more introduce his cousin brother name is fady. He do contruction work. I give him work robert cousin brother fady, he said I know him very well, he is my cousin so I trust my neighbour and I give him work for fady. So I show my work place and he give me estimate $6500.00. So after he said before I start the work give me deposit
$5000 so my neighbour he is witness I give him money front on him. So he said I start the work next week so after he start 1 month. When he came 1 hour work so many excuses, give me more money, I said why he give me more receipt 1400. So again I give him money $1400. And next day he bring 1 guy for framing then after again ask for money, I already give him money $6400 and he expect give me more money, I said no money I give u more, please finish my work lot of disturb my business. He is very bad guy. He give me very hard time. I give u all information for him.
