Haband All orders paid off

They announced in a letter that they are closing. But said that I will have to still pay my bill off monthly till paid in full. So they closed. I paid my bill off in 2023 and they sent my statement in the mail paid in full zero balance account close. Then they sent me a letter stating they owe me a refund of around $82.00 and that they had mix my payment with someone else.
I got the refund and cash it. They they send another letter to me stating I didn't have to pay it back . Then they sent another letter out stating that I owe them $80.00 some dollars. I call them and they said they will fix this problem.
They sent another refund back the same amount as first refund. I didn't cash that one still have it. Now I am getting statements every month from them . Now my bill is $400 .00 some dollars as of May 2024.
HAband is scamming me and I don't know what to do. I have all the paperwork statements. What can I do.

Haband Duke side elastic mens jeans size 42 Long

This is the 3rd pair that has ripped in the same place and my husband has not had them but so many months. The material seems to be dry rotted. I can't keep buying these pants if they will not hold up. He has to have the side elastic kind because he has no waist and no butt and a large belly.

Haband Disappointing Experience with Haband: Missing Items, Poor Customer Service, and Unclear Delivery Dates

I recently made a purchase on haband.com, ordering two pairs of jeans, two pairs of jean shorts, and a pair of summer shoes. Unfortunately, only one of the pairs of jeans was shipped, leaving me disappointed and frustrated. I decided to reach out to their customer service team via email, as they had suggested on their website. However, I was surprised to receive a response telling me to call instead.

I tried calling multiple times, but was unable to get through to anyone. Feeling frustrated, I decided to email again, only to receive the same response telling me to call. At this point, I was so upset that I threatened legal action if my question wasn't answered. Finally, I received a response telling me that my jeans would be shipped and providing me with an estimated arrival date.

Unfortunately, the arrival date kept changing, leaving me unsure of when to expect my order. I received two notifications, one saying that my items would arrive today and another saying they would arrive next Thursday. As of now, nothing has arrived, and I fear that I won't receive my jeans and will still be charged for them.

Overall, my experience with Haband has been extremely disappointing. I will not be doing business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers or their orders.

Haband Haband's Shipping and Customer Service Need Improvement - A Frustrated Customer's Review

I've been a Haband customer for a long time, just like my father before me. However, I've had some issues with their shipping lately. This is the second time in just six months that I've experienced a delay or lost shipment, and their customer service hasn't been very helpful.

I placed an order on July 9th, and it was shipped on July 12th. According to their website, it was supposed to be delivered by July 18th at 8:00 pm. However, that date came and went, and I didn't receive my package. I called customer service on July 20th, and they told me to wait until the 24th. I waited an extra day, but still no package. I called again on the 25th, and they told me to wait until the 28th. At that point, I was frustrated and didn't want to wait any longer. They offered to reship my order, but I didn't want to risk it getting lost again. So, I requested a refund, but they told me I would have to wait 3-5 days.

I thought this was just an isolated incident, but apparently not. I had a similar issue 8 months ago. In this day and age, it's unacceptable to wait two weeks for a package. I know my address is correct because I receive packages from UPS, the Post Office, FedEx, and even DHL and private shipping companies without any issues.

Haband, you've lost a customer. Do you even care? I understand that you're not Amazon Prime, but your shipping and customer service need improvement. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make some changes.

Haband Mixed Experience with Haband: Great Styles, but Botched Orders and Return Fees

I've been shopping at Haband for a while now, especially during this pandemic when I'm trying to avoid going out as much as possible. Being a person of a certain age, I find that Haband has some styles that suit me well. I've made five separate purchases from them, but unfortunately, three of those purchases were botched. It's frustrating when you're excited to receive your order, only to find out that it's the wrong size, defective, or poorly constructed.

After experiencing these issues, I decided to read some of the reviews on their website. I was afraid to send the items back for a refund or replacement because there were so many reports of buyers not receiving a replacement or being charged the $9.99 return shipping fee. It's a shame that I didn't read the reviews beforehand, but I guess it's my own fault for not doing my due diligence.

I ended up having to return a jacket that arrived with a busted zipper, which cost me $9.99 in return shipping fees. I also had to return a shirt that was sent in the wrong color, which cost me another $9.99. It's frustrating to have to pay for return shipping when it's not your fault that the item was defective or the wrong color.

Despite these issues, I still shop at Haband because they have some great styles that I can't find anywhere else. However, I'm more cautious now and make sure to read the reviews before making a purchase. I hope that Haband can improve their quality control and customer service so that other buyers don't have to go through the same issues that I did.

Haband Poor Customer Service Experience with Haband: Missing Buttons on Shirt and No Options Given

I recently received a few items from Haband for my mother-in-law who lives in an assisted living facility. She can only wear button-up shirts, so I ordered a few for her. However, one of the shirts was missing three buttons. I was disappointed, but I thought it wouldn't be a big deal if I could get some extra buttons to replace the missing ones. So, I called Haband's customer service to ask for some extra buttons.

To my surprise, I was told that I would have to return the shirt even though I wanted to keep it. I also purchased pants to match the shirt, so returning it would mean returning the pants too. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning everything, so I asked for a credit on the shirt but wanted to keep it because of the time I will spend replacing the buttons. Unfortunately, this was not an option.

I decided to keep the shirt and replace all of the buttons on my own. It was frustrating, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning everything. However, I will never do business with Haband again. I read reviews ahead of time, but I advise anyone to do the same and adhere to them as they are all true. Customer service cannot help you with issues. All are internal company matters that have to be resolved there. The company will not survive with this service today.

In conclusion, I was disappointed with Haband's customer service. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way they handled the situation was not satisfactory. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Haband Haband Review: Poor Communication and Organization Leads to Frustration and Delayed Shipping

I recently had an experience with Haband, an online retailer that sells clothing and accessories. I placed an order for two pairs of pants at the beginning of April and was given a shipping time of five to eight days. However, on the tenth day, I received a recorded message stating that my order had been canceled.

I was confused and frustrated, so I decided to look up Haband online and call their customer service line. After two attempts and a total wait time of fifty-five minutes, I finally spoke to a customer service representative. They informed me that Haband was in the process of moving their location, which was causing delays in shipping. They estimated that it would take another 10 to 14 days for my order to arrive, making it a total of 25 days from the date I placed the order.

To make matters worse, the customer service representative informed me that they only had one pair of pants in stock, despite the fact that their website still listed both pairs as available. While the representative was friendly and polite, they had no good news for me and had to keep checking every time I asked a question.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the representative informed me that they did have one more pair of pants in stock. I was relieved, but also frustrated that it took so much effort to get a straight answer.

Overall, my experience with Haband was not great. While the customer service representative was friendly, the company's communication and organization left a lot to be desired. I hope that they can improve their processes in the future to avoid similar issues.

Haband Order

Took money, created shipping label and never sent PKG, been lied to a few times , was told I would get refund , then didn't get it , call today girl says the other girl put in for refund and then cancelled it, but now assures I'm still getting the refund that was put it, well how if it was put in and cancelled, says give it another week, I'm tired of going around with these people just want my refund

Haband Men's fleece cargo pants

I ordered Men's fleece cargo pants from Haband Company on 1/5/2023. I ordered the xl pants from a picture on the internet. I received shorts. They switch the order around. When I called them to complain, they insisted that I ordered shorts. I told them that I ordered it from a picture. But they did not care. They said I could not return the shorts for the pants that I ordered. I received the shorts on Sunday 1/15/2023. They are a crooked company. They sent wrong size items and refused to refund the "inflated " return costs! their mistake not mine! i despise their ethics!

Haband Haband orders

We placed an order, received a confirmation email including order number. Weeks later, contacted company after not receiving items. Customer service stated "no order found" even though we have proof of email sent with order number & details included. Thinking it was just a glitch, we ordered again & same exact thing happened. They have our payment & credit card info yet we received no products. Do not purchase from this company. Sample of messages below.

Haband I still don't receive my order of pair of shoes.

On Dec. 13, 2018 I have mailed you a $29.99 check for a pair of shoes, but I don't received it yet. Today is January 18, 2019, over 5 weeks now. What happened? Maybe it was lost or stolen? My order of Dr. Scholl's shoes:

Haband product not delivered; unauthorized cc charges

we placed two orders with this company Oct. 22 1018 and Nov 4 2018. We have received nothing from them. They say we received and returned 1 out of 4 pairs of pants? upon request they gave me the USPS tracking numbers: 9261293150330728901153 and 9261293150330730313463 I entered these and got back "waiting for packages" which confirms that we never received them. Then on Dec. 4 they claim we made still another order which we did not.

Haband haband-1 pair black pumps

My mother (who is 95 years old) purchased a pair of black pump back in Sep 2018 and received them and they were too small. She returned them and the company confirmed that they received them on Oct 5, 2018. She also sent a check to be able to have the new size (8 1/2 wide) sent back to her. As of today, 5 Dec 2018 she still doesn't have the shoes and we have made several calls and we keep getting told that they are checking with the warehouse. She doesn't understand how a company can get her money and not provide any direction and no explanation. I have called with her and asked for a supervisor and I keep getting put into a voicemail (with no rerun call) or disconnected. It is terrible service and every time we are fortunate to call it is hard to understand the English of the personnel that answer the phone.

Haband the company abandoned me

Alas Haband, you have aBANDoned me. I loved you. After decades of ordering off and on, I think for the first time, I requested one of the freebies offered in the catalog. As of late all my orders were online. When the freebie (binoculars) didn't arrive, a call to customer service, including a conversation with a supervisor, revealed I had to order from the catalog, not online. The merchandise purchased arrived and it is fine. But, customer service, responded with a resounding NO. NO exceptions, even for decades long customers. Alas, poor Haband, my money is now seeking another place to go. Bye-Bye, it was fun while it lasted.

Haband scam/ rip-off

I should've read these complaints about Haband before ordering merchandise from them last year. Some angry customers experienced very similar problems that I'm having with this company. To make a long story short, I called to order a pair of shoes for under $30 after seeing their printed ad. The service rep, whose English I strained to understand, said I had to get their credit card in order to buy the item. I made it clear that I only wanted the shoes and will cancel the card immediately afterwards. As far as I understood, the service rep said that would be OK. The shoes arrived and I cancelled the card ASAP. But they've been demanding payments for the card, which makes a cheap $30 shoe cost around $80.
With so many complaints about their unethical business practices, there should be a class action lawsuit filed against them!

Haband I keep receiving the wrong item packaged in the bag identifying what I really ordered

This problem has been reoccurring since 9/13 2017
On 9/13/2017, Haband shipped the following from order #9421757
1 Triple Ruffle Bedspread Cabbage Rose Size K

The bedspread was correct but the shams were the "English Garden" Print, both in bags that were marked as the "Cabbage Rose". And for the past five months I have been sending them back and explaining both to customer service AND explaining on the "Exchange" form that the package was mismarked and I was receiving the wrong shams and I wanted them to be exchanged for the correct pillow shams. Continuously either the same incorrect item is sent to me or I get charged for returns I didn't request. I have copies of papers, incorrect charges and photos of the wrong items sent to me. I am extremely aggravated over this situation.

Order #9565385 -was Placed 11/11/2017 and again I received a partial refund (minus $9.99 shipping) when I requested an exchange for correct shams. Please refund all overcharges and send me Cabbage Rose King shams.

Haband shoes

I purchased 2 pairs of Dr.Schoals loafers for $56.47 from an ad in the Smithsonian on July 29, 2017...I have just noticed there is a defect on those shoes after 5 months of alternating wearing them...The small cloth fabric between the leather and sole is tearing apart allowing dirt to enter the shoe...I am very dissapointed that a good brand name would allow these poor quality shoes to be sold to the public...A full refund would be justified...

No response...I sincerely believe the cloth fabric that was used for Dr.Schoals loafer shoes was intentially meant to tear after 3 months of wearing...Never again I will purchase shoes of that poor quality from Haband...Thanks for the interest...
