Haband Duke side elastic mens jeans size 42 Long

This is the 3rd pair that has ripped in the same place and my husband has not had them but so many months. The material seems to be dry rotted. I can't keep buying these pants if they will not hold up. He has to have the side elastic kind because he has no waist and no butt and a large belly.

Haband Haband Review: Slow Shipping and Hit-or-Miss Quality Control

I've been shopping at Haband for quite some time now, and I have to say, I'm a fan of their closeouts and clearance items. As someone who's a bit on the heavier side (let's just say I'm not exactly petite), I appreciate that they stock larger sizes. However, there are a few things that give me pause when it comes to Haband.

First and foremost, their shipping is incredibly slow. I've ordered items from them that have taken weeks to arrive, which can be frustrating if you're in a hurry to receive your purchase. Additionally, I've noticed that their quality can be hit or miss. It seems like their quality control team might be a bit...distracted, if you catch my drift. Some items I've received have been completely the wrong size, or have come in colors that are totally different from what was advertised on the website. I'm starting to wonder if their quality control people are colorblind, or if they're just really into some good intoxicants (legal or otherwise).

That being said, I have received a few items from Haband that were actually better than I expected based on their website. So it's not all bad news. But I would definitely caution shoppers to be careful when ordering from them. I've had some really low-quality linens and other items from Haband that just weren't worth the money.

If you're willing to take a chance and shop with Haband, I would recommend sticking to their clearance and special sales items. You might be able to snag a good deal if you're careful. But if you're looking for high-quality items that will arrive quickly, you might want to look elsewhere. Personally, I've had good luck with Hanes.com. They also offer larger sizes, and their quality is generally pretty decent. Plus, they often have sales that can't be beat when it comes to sweats, shorts, and polos.

Haband Mixed Bag Experience with Haband: Poor Packaging, Unresponsive Customer Service, and Allergic Reaction to Product

So, I recently received my first order from Haband and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The box that arrived was huge, I mean it could have held an end table if it was narrow. Unfortunately, the tape on the box was broken and there was only one small piece of packing paper and one snake-like plastic air-filled green tube, along with one catalog. To make matters worse, the two bottles of cologne that I had ordered had fallen out of the gaping hole in the box during transit.

After calling the company in the Philippines, they were able to send me a new box that was still quite large, but not as big as the first one. Thankfully, everything arrived intact this time, despite the busted tape, one deflated green plastic tube, one catalog, and one huge piece of packing paper. At least I finally have my cologne now.

However, this experience, combined with my previous orders, has left me feeling quite disappointed in Haband. I have purchased a total of 29 pairs of Sara Morgan pants from them, which I absolutely love, but unfortunately, they have caused me to develop a severe rash. As much as I adore these pants, I have come to the conclusion that it's not safe for me to continue wearing them.

When I contacted Haband about this issue, I was met with a deaf ear. They didn't seem to care about my concerns or the fact that their product was causing me harm. As a result, I have decided to donate all of my Sara Morgan pants to charity and take the tax write-off. It's a shame, really, since they are selling for over $200 in resale shops.

I have also notified Haband that I am through with them and do not want to receive any more catalogs or emails from them. It's clear to me that they are not a good company and do not value their customers. So, if you're considering shopping with Haband, I would advise you to think twice. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers and the quality of their products.

Haband Haband Review: Poor Customer Service, Inaccurate Sizing, and Slow Refunds

I placed an order on May 16, 2021, and by May 28, my order still hadn't shipped. So, I decided to cancel my order. I spoke to a representative on the phone, and they assured me that my order was cancelled. However, a couple of weeks later, part of my order arrived. I was confused, so I called again, and the representative told me that they didn't know what happened. They advised me to wait for the remainder of the order to arrive and then return everything.

Finally, the last item arrived another week or so later, and I returned everything on June 18. After tracking the package, I found out that they received it on July 2. It is now July 12, and I still haven't received my refund. I called again, and the representative told me that they take four weeks to process a return. They also mentioned that they are in the process of moving their warehouse, which is the excuse I've heard several times now. How long does it take to move? Apparently, they have been moving for weeks and weeks.

If any company takes four weeks to process a return, they should not be in business. On top of that, I specifically told them not to charge me for return shipping as I had cancelled the order. I hope they can follow instructions. Lastly, their sizes are way off in comparison to store sizes. All three items were huge for XL, more like a 2X.

I learned my lesson and will not be ordering from Haband again. It's frustrating to deal with their poor customer service and inaccurate sizing. I hope they can improve their processes and make things right for their customers.

Haband Haband Review: Poor Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Haband. I ordered a pair of "Poplin Forever" pants for men on July 4th, thinking I was getting a good deal. But boy, was I wrong. After reading some pretty bad reviews about Haband and their products, I decided to cancel my order and get my money back. I sent them an email, but they replied two days later saying that my order was already being processed and couldn't be cancelled. Bummer.

When the pants finally arrived, I was pretty disappointed. They were supposed to be made of poplin, which is a natural fiber material like cotton. But instead, they were made of 100% polyester. And let me tell you, it was the worst quality polyester I've ever seen. The pants were poorly crafted and just looked cheap. I couldn't believe I spent my hard-earned money on them.

So, I decided to return the pants to Haband. They charged me a flat fee of $9.99 for the return, which I thought was pretty steep. But I filed another complaint with Paypal, saying that the pants were not made of poplin like they advertised. I'm still waiting for Paypal to review my complaint, but in the meantime, Haband received the pants and charged me for the return fee. But they haven't credited my Paypal account for the return yet, which means I'm out $43.00 for a $21.00 pair of pants that I don't even have anymore. What a ripoff!

Overall, I would not recommend Haband to anyone. Their products are not what they advertise, and their customer service is pretty terrible. I wish I had read more reviews before I ordered from them. Lesson learned, I guess.

Haband Haband's Poor Quality and Outrageous Return Fees

I never bought anything from Haband before, but I decided to order some Dr Scholl's driving mocs in different sizes. Unfortunately, none of them fit me and the quality was not up to par. I had to return the first two pairs, and I was shocked to find out that there was a $9.99 charge for each return. That's just outrageous!

I received the next two pairs separately, but I wanted to cancel one of them. Unfortunately, it was too late. I decided to give it one more try and ordered another pair in a different size, but it still didn't fit me well. I was really disappointed with the poor fit of their shoes.

I decided to return three pairs of shoes from two different orders in one package. I called Haband to ask if it was okay to do so and if it mattered which return label I used. The customer service representative told me that it was fine to use either return label, and I would only be charged one return fee. I used PayPal for all my purchases.

However, when I checked my PayPal account today, I found out that there were three $9.99 charges instead of two, and there were no credits for the returned merchandise. I called Haband to inquire about this, but the customer service representative just kept repeating their policy and didn't listen to what I had to say. She told me that each order had its own separate label, and I would be charged a return fee for each one, even if I bundled them together.

I was really disappointed with Haband's customer service and their products. Their shoes were not worth the trouble, and I will never do business with them again. It's a shame that they don't value their customers and their satisfaction.

Haband Disappointing Experience with Haband: Poor Customer Service and Slow Order Fulfillment

I recently placed an order with Haband on 4/23/21 for a Mother's Day gift. I was excited to surprise my mom with a thoughtful present, and I gave Haband plenty of time to process and ship the order. According to their website, it should take 1-2 days for order processing and 6-8 days for standard shipping. However, it has now been 6 days since I placed the order, and it has not even been processed or shipped yet.

I tried calling customer service twice, but I was unable to get any helpful information. Frustrated, I decided to call the Bluestem Brands Inc. corporate headquarters on 4/29/21. After waiting for a while, a representative named Denise finally called me back. She assured me that my order would ship out that night, and I would receive a tracking email. However, it is now 11:38 PM central time, and I have not received any email. To make matters worse, the order has still not shipped.

I am extremely disappointed with Haband's poor customer service and slow order fulfillment. This company is advertising for Mother's Day gifts, but they will not be able to fulfill those orders in time. I even tried to cancel my order, but I had no luck. At this point, I don't think my gift will even arrive by Mother's Day.

I have ordered from Haband several times in the past, and I have never had this kind of trouble before. However, now I can see why Bluestem Brands Inc. filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in 3/2020. This company has become a real disappointment. I will never order from any company that Bluestem Brands Inc. owns again. They have not learned from their mismanagement that led to their Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

Their poor customer service, slow order fulfillment, and slow shipping out orders is beyond bad. I see them in the near future heading back to Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. If you are looking to order from any of the companies that Bluestem Brands Inc. owns, be prepared to wait for a month or more to receive your order, if you even get it. I suggest going somewhere else. Walmart, for example, will have your order delivered in less than a week, with a lower free shipping minimum.

Haband Haband Clothing Review: Sizing, Quality, Shipping, and Returns

Haband is a clothing retailer that offers a wide range of clothing options for both men and women. They are part of a catalog/online group of clothing retailers that includes Blair, Old Pueblo Traders, and Bedford Fair. Haband offers some petite bottoms, but tops are only available in misses sizing now, with only their Snap-It-Up jacket sold in petite. However, for me, their 30" inseam pants are just long enough, and I'm only 5'4". Misses catalog sizing is supposed to fit those up to 5'6", but I would not trust that. If an item is primarily cotton, it may shrink, which further clouds the issue of length on both tops and bottoms. Overall, I think their misses sizing works better for petite women. Be sure to check your measurements against their size chart before buying.

As stated in my title, some pieces are better quality than others, but you can't tell until you get them. I especially like their Snap-It-Up jacket. Fit, too, can vary, and it is more helpful if you explain why you like or dislike a product. Please give your height and weight so readers can gauge your fit to their probable fit.

Shipping costs are a factor when buying online. Standard shipping (7-10 days) is USPS (Postal Service). Under $20, you pay $6.99; from $20.01 to $40, you pay $8.99, and so on. Express shipping via UPS (3-5 days) is available for an additional charge of $6. I cannot guarantee UPS would deliver your package as sometimes UPS transfers packages to USPS for final delivery. Sometimes free shipping is offered, and that is a great way to test how items fit with minimal cost.

The return process is simple. Just buy a shipping envelope and stick on the prepaid label. Use the shipping list that came with the clothing to note which item(s) are being returned or exchanged. Put the shipping list inside with the clothing and take it to the post office. However, there is a big caveat: one is charged $9.99 per return or exchange whether the package contains one, two, three, or more items. The cost of returning one item is deducted from the cost of the item. If you paid $24.99 and the return cost is $9.99, you only get back $15. From my point of view, I would be paying $18.98 to have tried on the item. The loss is the original shipping cost plus the return shipping cost.

In conclusion, Haband offers a wide range of clothing options for both men and women. However, it is important to check your measurements against their size chart before buying. Some pieces are better quality than others, and fit can vary. Shipping costs are a factor when buying online, and the return process is simple but comes with a cost. Haband Disappointing Experience with Haband: Missing Items, Poor Customer Service, and Unclear Delivery Dates

I recently made a purchase on haband.com, ordering two pairs of jeans, two pairs of jean shorts, and a pair of summer shoes. Unfortunately, only one of the pairs of jeans was shipped, leaving me disappointed and frustrated. I decided to reach out to their customer service team via email, as they had suggested on their website. However, I was surprised to receive a response telling me to call instead.

I tried calling multiple times, but was unable to get through to anyone. Feeling frustrated, I decided to email again, only to receive the same response telling me to call. At this point, I was so upset that I threatened legal action if my question wasn't answered. Finally, I received a response telling me that my jeans would be shipped and providing me with an estimated arrival date.

Unfortunately, the arrival date kept changing, leaving me unsure of when to expect my order. I received two notifications, one saying that my items would arrive today and another saying they would arrive next Thursday. As of now, nothing has arrived, and I fear that I won't receive my jeans and will still be charged for them.

Overall, my experience with Haband has been extremely disappointing. I will not be doing business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers or their orders.

Haband Haband's Shipping and Customer Service Need Improvement - A Frustrated Customer's Review

I've been a Haband customer for a long time, just like my father before me. However, I've had some issues with their shipping lately. This is the second time in just six months that I've experienced a delay or lost shipment, and their customer service hasn't been very helpful.

I placed an order on July 9th, and it was shipped on July 12th. According to their website, it was supposed to be delivered by July 18th at 8:00 pm. However, that date came and went, and I didn't receive my package. I called customer service on July 20th, and they told me to wait until the 24th. I waited an extra day, but still no package. I called again on the 25th, and they told me to wait until the 28th. At that point, I was frustrated and didn't want to wait any longer. They offered to reship my order, but I didn't want to risk it getting lost again. So, I requested a refund, but they told me I would have to wait 3-5 days.

I thought this was just an isolated incident, but apparently not. I had a similar issue 8 months ago. In this day and age, it's unacceptable to wait two weeks for a package. I know my address is correct because I receive packages from UPS, the Post Office, FedEx, and even DHL and private shipping companies without any issues.

Haband, you've lost a customer. Do you even care? I understand that you're not Amazon Prime, but your shipping and customer service need improvement. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make some changes.

Haband Mixed Experience with Haband: Great Styles, but Botched Orders and Return Fees

I've been shopping at Haband for a while now, especially during this pandemic when I'm trying to avoid going out as much as possible. Being a person of a certain age, I find that Haband has some styles that suit me well. I've made five separate purchases from them, but unfortunately, three of those purchases were botched. It's frustrating when you're excited to receive your order, only to find out that it's the wrong size, defective, or poorly constructed.

After experiencing these issues, I decided to read some of the reviews on their website. I was afraid to send the items back for a refund or replacement because there were so many reports of buyers not receiving a replacement or being charged the $9.99 return shipping fee. It's a shame that I didn't read the reviews beforehand, but I guess it's my own fault for not doing my due diligence.

I ended up having to return a jacket that arrived with a busted zipper, which cost me $9.99 in return shipping fees. I also had to return a shirt that was sent in the wrong color, which cost me another $9.99. It's frustrating to have to pay for return shipping when it's not your fault that the item was defective or the wrong color.

Despite these issues, I still shop at Haband because they have some great styles that I can't find anywhere else. However, I'm more cautious now and make sure to read the reviews before making a purchase. I hope that Haband can improve their quality control and customer service so that other buyers don't have to go through the same issues that I did.

Haband Poor Customer Service Experience with Haband: Missing Buttons on Shirt and No Options Given

I recently received a few items from Haband for my mother-in-law who lives in an assisted living facility. She can only wear button-up shirts, so I ordered a few for her. However, one of the shirts was missing three buttons. I was disappointed, but I thought it wouldn't be a big deal if I could get some extra buttons to replace the missing ones. So, I called Haband's customer service to ask for some extra buttons.

To my surprise, I was told that I would have to return the shirt even though I wanted to keep it. I also purchased pants to match the shirt, so returning it would mean returning the pants too. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning everything, so I asked for a credit on the shirt but wanted to keep it because of the time I will spend replacing the buttons. Unfortunately, this was not an option.

I decided to keep the shirt and replace all of the buttons on my own. It was frustrating, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning everything. However, I will never do business with Haband again. I read reviews ahead of time, but I advise anyone to do the same and adhere to them as they are all true. Customer service cannot help you with issues. All are internal company matters that have to be resolved there. The company will not survive with this service today.

In conclusion, I was disappointed with Haband's customer service. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way they handled the situation was not satisfactory. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Haband Haband Review: Poor Communication and Organization Leads to Frustration and Delayed Shipping

I recently had an experience with Haband, an online retailer that sells clothing and accessories. I placed an order for two pairs of pants at the beginning of April and was given a shipping time of five to eight days. However, on the tenth day, I received a recorded message stating that my order had been canceled.

I was confused and frustrated, so I decided to look up Haband online and call their customer service line. After two attempts and a total wait time of fifty-five minutes, I finally spoke to a customer service representative. They informed me that Haband was in the process of moving their location, which was causing delays in shipping. They estimated that it would take another 10 to 14 days for my order to arrive, making it a total of 25 days from the date I placed the order.

To make matters worse, the customer service representative informed me that they only had one pair of pants in stock, despite the fact that their website still listed both pairs as available. While the representative was friendly and polite, they had no good news for me and had to keep checking every time I asked a question.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the representative informed me that they did have one more pair of pants in stock. I was relieved, but also frustrated that it took so much effort to get a straight answer.

Overall, my experience with Haband was not great. While the customer service representative was friendly, the company's communication and organization left a lot to be desired. I hope that they can improve their processes in the future to avoid similar issues.

Haband Order

Took money, created shipping label and never sent PKG, been lied to a few times , was told I would get refund , then didn't get it , call today girl says the other girl put in for refund and then cancelled it, but now assures I'm still getting the refund that was put it, well how if it was put in and cancelled, says give it another week, I'm tired of going around with these people just want my refund

Haband Men's fleece cargo pants

I ordered Men's fleece cargo pants from Haband Company on 1/5/2023. I ordered the xl pants from a picture on the internet. I received shorts. They switch the order around. When I called them to complain, they insisted that I ordered shorts. I told them that I ordered it from a picture. But they did not care. They said I could not return the shorts for the pants that I ordered. I received the shorts on Sunday 1/15/2023. They are a crooked company. Haband Haband orders

We placed an order, received a confirmation email including order number. Weeks later, contacted company after not receiving items. Customer service stated "no order found" even though we have proof of email sent with order number & details included. Thinking it was just a glitch, we ordered again & same exact thing happened. They have our payment & credit card info yet we received no products. Do not purchase from this company. Sample of messages below.

Haband failure to return payment for out-of-stock-item.

August 2018: Haband Order #[protected], Customer account #[protected] was never received.
30 Aug 2018: Haband cashed my check for $39.98 electronically on 5 Sept 2018

7 Sept 2018 receipt of letter from Haband requesting additional $2.20.

24 Sept 2018 - phoned Haband CS (Alvin, female) asking why I had not received product. Alvin informed me that item was out- of-stock and I would receive my $39.98 in 2-3 weeks.

17 Oct 2018: Phoned Haband CS (Lynn) to find out status of returned funds and was told it would be another 7-10 days.

31 Oct 2018: Phoned CS (Eena) and requested to speak to her supervisor and/or manager and was refused. Asked for
name of same and/or employee ID# and was refused. Asked where I might send a letter of complaint and was given their location in Eatonton, GA. (FYI: All three CS reps voices were the same person located in the Philippines.)

8 Nov 2018: Phoned CS and spoke with Jill to reiterate my need for a personal name to contact or viable phone #. Had an aggravating conversation and Jill hung up.

8 Nov 2018: Forwarded 2 letters - 1) Haband in Eatonton, GA after calling (706) 485-4568 with no human contact but
diversionary press buttons; 2) Haband in Warren, PA after phoning 1-800-217-2916 with no available human contact
and circle re-routing.

8 Nov 2018: Contacted my bank that, in turn, contacted Haband with regard to electronically collecting funds from my
account knowing that the merchandise was unavailable.

Dec 2018: Letter to Haband Company LLC in Mahwah, NJ, iterating all the above information.

Result: No response from any letters, phone calls, no return of
cashed check without providing merchandise.

My desire is to be refunded for the amount of $39.98 - for purchase of $29.99 item and $9.99 for shipping (thru US Postal Service).

Haband I still don't receive my order of pair of shoes.

On Dec. 13, 2018 I have mailed you a $29.99 check for a pair of shoes, but I don't received it yet. Today is January 18, 2019, over 5 weeks now. What happened? Maybe it was lost or stolen? My order of Dr. Scholl's shoes:
D6 (D copper) Sale, Dr. Scholl's Leather Casuals for $29.99 from Haband catalog on page 63.

Haband product not delivered; unauthorized cc charges

we placed two orders with this company Oct. 22 1018 and Nov 4 2018. We have received nothing from them. They say we received and returned 1 out of 4 pairs of pants? upon request they gave me the USPS tracking numbers: 9261293150330728901153 and 9261293150330730313463 I entered these and got back "waiting for packages" which confirms that we never received them. Then on Dec. 4 they claim we made still another order which we did not.
