i am smita.we transfered our goods from gurgaon to nagpur through H2H packers, Delhi.they forced us to do an insurance of electronic goods, we did the same, but after our goods were recovered they broke our washing machine and dining table.when we ask them to claim about the insurance they did not responded and after sometimes they threatened us saying"KARLE JO KARNA HAI, DEKH LOONGA TUJHE". WE DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM BHARDWAJ AND SHARMA.they had created worst expression on atleast my mind and also my friends. i will never suggest this company's name to anyone.they never gave us the insurance claim for our damaged goods.what can we do regarding this.Here i have attached photos of damaged dining table and washing machine.also i have attached the written testimony of the driver who had delivered our damaged goods.please take action against such corrupt company so that they will not fool other people.
i am filing this complain so that we should get justice.i am taking this step because they never responded on phone or through e-mail.they promise something and after getting money they harass people.i hope that you will help me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Matter is now resolved with them and they shows full cooperation especially Pramod ji. When ever I required any cooperation he spent couple of hours to resolve this.
Hi all I am also the victim of there services H2H Services are not up to the Mark.. I used their services in March 2016 to Move from Delhi to Bangalore
First they delayed the Delivery by 1 week and also damaged my Bed, Almirah, tv trolley, mattress, bike, and Fridge..They still not yet delivered my car as of 25th march and I booked my consignment on 7th march. They are also charging handsome amount in the name of insurance but they are doing transit insurance which only Cust Rs200. They are doing totally fraud I would not reccomend any one to H2H movers and packers.When I was calling to Revert the Damage Ccharges again they have very bad behaviour.
For Follow up of Delay in Delivery was also a nightmare.. Won't Rcommend to anyone.
