Gym Company Nkomo Village review: steam room

I am a member of wf nkomo branch in atteridgeville. On the morning of monday the 16th december 2019, I lodged a complaint with one of your officials on duty about a certain gymn member who refuses to shower before using the steam room facility. The same member reapeated the same thing again this morning at the steam room. I comfronted him to try to correct him, unfortunately an uggly altercation nearly occured. I went to the lady receptionist to lodge a complain again. The guy reacted arrogantly. Please help
