Gurkhas Travel review: Tickets refund

I booked flight march 2020 and due to covid couldnt not flight, gurkhas advise they will refund in 6 months, kept following up since then,

I understand might took longer because of covid, but now they seling new flights and srilanka airline confirmed that they refunded back to gurkhas travel for my refund however when i am trying to reach out gurkhas they do not respond, they dont reply emails, no call back,
