The website www.gunauction.com is another scamming website. I placed bids on this website, but I lost. After 3 days I noticed that they charge me for this item. I immediately contacted them and they told me that it was mistake, and they already refunded me. They advised me to wait, but after 2 weeks nothing. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
LIke all FAQ pages gunauction.com's sucks because the Q I have is never covered with any of them. Unlike all the other sites like Ebay and gunbroker.com, There is only one unique way to get "support", by text, which apparently is never answered, at least they haven't been twice for me. One of my 4 firearms I had up for auction got a bid and now the winner isn't responding, So I start looking into getting a refund for the final valuation and find this unheard of fraudulent policy (well except with cancelled airline tickets ).:
"A Relist Credit is a credit issued to your account at GunAuction.com when the winning bidder did not complete the auction. Relist Credits are for use with future sales at GunAuction.com and Relist Credits ARE NOT credited back to your credit card under any circumstances." one problemo: just as I'm never doing business with JetBlue ever again, Nor am I with Gunaucution.com

fake reviews my eye. this auction website is in self destruct mode at the time of this writing. owner moved on to another job and has left GA to run unchecked. scammers have taken this site over. DO NOT join or bid here. its just a matter of time before it crashes. no one answers help requests from staff.
Gun Auction grabs it's commission even though sale is cancelled and doesn't return it the money back to the seller. I have relisted the items and still they keep the money claiming it will be applied to the next sale.
To me that's fraud.
Looks like this website can’t be trusted, to be safe just go make a purchase at your local gun shop. There are to many fraudulent websites you wouldn’t know who to trust.
This is a terrible site. I was ripped off by a seller. After he cashed my cashiers check he told me he didn't really have the item and tried to talk me into an inferior product. I wanted what was auctioned or my money back. didn't get either. Many complaints to gunauction.com with no progress. Gunauction.com even changed my negative feedback to a positive one. When I complained the feedback was changed, Manny said he has no record of me leaving negative feed back but would take the positive feedback out and I could leave my review again. I did. and two days later it was changed to a positive feedback again. According to their forum they change negative feedback to positive often. Over three months later and NO item has been shipped nor a refund. Manny ( owner of the company) sided with the fraudulent seller and told me he is just trying to find me the item. Either way a seller who does a bait and switch scam shouldn't have a 100% positive feedback rating.
This review is so ridiculous it is either fake or the person leaving it is completely clueless. I've been with gun auction for over 17 years. gun auction because it is the safest and the best auction site on the Internet. Gun auction has nothing to do with the money transfer between the buyer and the seller.

That complaint is absolutely bogus! As a long time seller on GunAuction (formerly AuctionArms), I can tell you that they bill a BUYER nothing! Zero, ZIP, NADA. They only have the authority and credit card information to bill a SELLER. If a buyer received an invoice through the auction, it had to be generated by the SELLER, not the auction site. This complaint smells of BS, or of a newbee who has no complete understanding as to how the auction process actually works.

FAKE REVIEW. THE WEBSITE DOESN'T CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING. IF THERE WAS A SELLER AND HE CHARGED YOU YOUR COMPLAINT IS ABOUT THE SELLER, NOT THE WEBSITE.
