GulfCareersMe.com review: Recruitment service

I was exploring websites for job openings and came across http://gulfcareersme.com/. Once I uploaded my resume on their site (they dont even have a registration process), I get a call from a hyd call center which then starts peddling their account management services. They send you job postings from linkedin and other sites to look legit. Once you show interest, they get you to pay.

They promise resume building service along with a dedicated account manager who they said would be in constant touch with you during the job search process. To be fair, they did take details from me and create a very average CV for me. But post that they completely disappear. No amount of emails to

[protected]@gulfcareersme.com or [protected]@gulfcareersme.com or [protected]@gulfcareersme.com get a response.
I have emailed them several times but no response. Its a complete scam. Is there any way to highlight them to other users?
