Beware of Grahalakshmi Agency, shastri road, Kottayam
We are now facing same experience with Grahalakshmi Agency, shastri road, Kottayam.
They are taking money from us but not providing maids for long time.They are not giving money also back to us.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Completely agree. The office staff are the worst kind of customer complaints handler. They just don't listen to your complaints if you don't take a replacement maid from them. They profit much more if the maids they send in the first go are returned earlier than the contracet, they get to keep the service charge and the very next day they will send the maid to a different house and charge service fee from them. This is the business model they run on. The office staff, the lady especially has no manners and can shout at your ears for no reason.
